Arthur Agwuncha Nwankwo, Founder of the Fourth Dimension Publishing Company LTD, Chancellor of Eastern Mandate Union (EMU), Vice-Chairman, National Democratic Coalition (NADECO), Founder and Leader of People's Mandate Party (PMP), pro-democracy and human rights activist, quintessential Pan-Africanist publisher and educationist, author, historian, political scientist, radical scholar and neo-Marxist theoretician. He is author of several titles


Born August 19, 1942, Umuev village, Ajalli, Orumba North LGA of Anambra State, State. Married to Eunice Medi in 1976.

Worked in the Propaganda Directorate of Biafra, September-November, 1967;

Appointed Editor, Biafra Newsletter, 1967-69;

Co-founder and first Managing Director, Nwamife Publishers Limited, Enugu, 1970-76; Managing Director, and later Group Chairman, Fourth Dimension Publishing Company Limited, Enugu, since 1977; Chairman, AshGrove Nigeria Limited (an Estate Development Company); co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive, KOSM, West Africa Limited; Life Vice-President, Onitsha Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Mines and Agriculture; Gubernatorial Candidate, People’s Redemption Party, Anambra State, 1979; appointed Eastern Mandate Union Chancellor, since 1993;
